Corrupted Nero Toolbar Buttons - XP SP1

I have a strange problem,

The Nero 6.3.0.2 toolbar buttons seems to be corrupted. I
have strange backgrounds and it seems that they're
transparent with a "file" icon behind. Its difficult to
describe what it really looks like.

Is it possible to tell me which DLL is responsible for the
toolbar buttons or where XP is keeping cache of them ?

PS : I have tried TweakUI to clean up the icons without
luck.

Uninstall and reinstall Nero.

Tried that already. I have tried to remove it
automatically and manually by deleting all the files I
could find and their registry entries. Tried also from
TweakUI to Refresh Icons. I havent tried to delete
ShellIconCache file yet.

The funny thing is that the problem exists only in Nero
application
