Outlook 2002 SP3 - on Windows XP system.

Clients favorites are generating Send Error Report and restart Outlook every
time.

I have done the following to try to resolve the issue and still not able to
resolve issue.

Ran detect and repair.
Reinstalled Outlook
Remove the favorites and then readded them from the Public Folder.

Remove the ost files and did a new scan. Though this may help since we use
the favorites to synch to use offline

Did a fresh reinstall.

This is only happening on one of the favorites not all of them.

Any ideas - I have searched the web for a specific solution but I am not
having any luck.

Thank you,

Hello Sue,

clicking on a folder in her favorites. Nothing happens except system clocks
- the the send report error comes up. I did read the error report but really
can not make anything out of it.

The one thing I don't see on your list of things you tried is a new profile.
Let's see if that helps.

If this is happening with just one mailbox, it's possible there's some
corruption in that mailbox. Did you try accessing that mailbox from a
different machine?

Sue,

I was finally able to resolve the issue by running the command line fix -
cleanviews. Though there was no indication the issue was being caused by a
corrupted view.

Thank you for all of your help.

Great! I'll try to remember that one.
