corrupt windows installer for Norton products

Hello folks,

I have run into a serious glitch with the Windows Installer, specific
for the Norton products Anti-virus 2003 Pro and Ghost 2003. I can't
uninstall or re-install these products because I suspect the Windows
Installer database for these products has become corrupt. Is there any way
to repair this problem?

Been there, done that. Continue to have the problems.

Reinstall again to the same location. Then, uninstall.

Sorry. Missed the part where you said you couldn't reinstall. Go to the
Symantec web site. They have an uninstaller you can download. The, after a
reboot, you can reinstall the product.
