corrupt server extensions when replaced kill menu bars

My server says that I have corrupt extensions and that he
can replace them but when he does I will lose my menu
bars and have to redo from scratch ..this will take
hours ... is there any way for him to reinstall the
server extensions and me not lose my menu bars ??
 
Do you have a copy of your web on your computer??

Then just wait till after they repair/reinstall your extensions, then Re-Publish back up to the server from your hd...as long as your hd copy is good.

have a copy of your pages on your local machine, the republish the pages.
