Navigation bar lost after FP extension reinstalled

I use FP 2003.

My FP hosting service uninstalled/reinstalled FP extensions when I was
having trouble logging in.

Now the navigation bar is missing. My navigation structure had many levels
and will be very, very time consuming to restore manually. Navigation shows
only home page.

I edit my website directly on the remote server. I do not have a recent
enough backup.(I know -- not a good practice.)

Can the hosting service anything to restore the navigation bar? I was given
no warning that this might happen. I have submitted a ticket to their tech
support.

If the removed / reinstalled the FP SE your nav view is gone
Only way to get it back is if your host has a recent full backup
