I am running Windows 2000 Prof SP4

I am installing WebTrends and keep receiving a corrupt file error. I created
a log file which shows:
MSI (c) (5C:78) [12:25:18:484]: Failed to connect to server. Error:
0x80080005
I have looked for an MSI file authored by Webtrends but find nothing
Also tried installing to an empty installer folder. Nothing shows up

Any help appreciated

0x80080005 means Server failed to start. So I guess instalaltion or starting
of a service the package installs is failing. Does a reboot help? Look at
the Services (in control panel) to see if there's a problem. Could be a
missing dependency or a permission problem.

I have deleted error locations that show up in the install log and now
message is:

"The installation source for this product is not available"
