corrupt drive

how can i run a test on hard drive to see if it is
corrupted, will not load ghose or fresh install
 
Hi,

if your fresh installation doesnt work then there is a
big problem with the hard disk. one way is to format the
hard disk completely and eliminate the bad sectors. run
scan disk to see if htere are bad sectors. if there are
plenty of bad sectors hten it is time to give the hard
disk for a checkup and replace if the warranty period is
legal.

To test the physical health of the drive use the utility provided on the website of the hard drive manufacturer.
