corrupt adp file format

need urgent help please,
i was working on an adp file saved it and closed, later i wanted to work on,
it couldn't start giving a message " not a recognized microsoft access
project format"
i tried compact and repair tool , import into a new blank project but it
didn't work,
anyone could advise me something else or a tool to fix this file

Searching Google for « corrupt adp file format » gave me the following

You can try making further research with Google but personally, I don't know
of any other solution than using a backup.
