Corrective and preventive action tracking

Hello,

would anyone know of a template that would help in getting me someway down
the road in the development of a corrective and preventive action tracking
system. One of the key requirements is that auditors need to be able to type
in the any non-conformances they may identify and then the database needs to
be able to email the relevant person the report. I have MS Access 2003 on my
system but most of the templates I have seen on the MS website are for 2007
or is there a way of converting a 2007 template to 2003?
