Correct way to remove NT4 DC out of 2000 AD.

We originally did our 2000 AD as an upgrade from NT4. How we would like to
unplug the NT4 domain controllers and remove them form AD. After this is
done we will soon move to Native mode.

So, how do I remove our NT4 DC's form our 2000 AD?

Just the way you said, you unplug them! No fancy stuff required for NT just
turn it off and delete the computer account and DNS\WINS entries.
