Correct the spell checker?

How can I correct the spell checker on a word that was added in error = chet
 
The user dictionary is located at
C:\Users\(youraccount)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail
it's named UserDictionary.lex
and is a text file that can be edited.

\AppData is normally hidden

In the newer Windows Live Mail, the user dictionary is easily edited from
within the program.
