Correct Reversed Directory order?

Each time I try to open files, the order is listed from Z-
A instead of A-Z. This has happened to me beforeon Win98.
Any ideas what happened, or how to fix this? Your help
would GREATLY be appreciated!!!
 
Change your view to 'Details', then click on the header for the Name column
to reverse the sort order.
