Corporate Error Reporting

Hi all,

I'm trying to install the Microsoft Corporate Error Reporting 2.0 tool.
However, during the installation I recieve the following error:

"Could not create the shared directory: No mappin between account names and
security IDs was done.(0x534)"

Any idea on what could be causing this problem and/or how to overcome it?
