Coredbg.exe !aOxc38

I have just tried deploying an application on some XP machines and this is
the error that is coming up. Is this because I am trying to distribute a
Debug version or what?? Surprisingly the forst build worked OK on one
machine. I then de-installed to re-install a new version and now I get this
error message. Oddly on soem machines it works fine! I have seen a few
references to this on the web and the newsgroups, but no consistent answers.

Help please - I am despearte - did the de-install on one machine that is
critical to use it on and I am away on holiday tomorrow so could do with a
very quick fix!

Going Googling on this one it seems that it is related to Dell computers and
the 2 that I have had problems with have been Dell! It seems that it is the
Dell Support program causing the problem. I will give this s try tomorrow,
de-install it and then re-install the dotnet framework. I will re-post when
I have tried this to help others if they have this problem.
