I have loaded the install disk and the update for my new keyboard and
everything works great.. EXCEPT!!! when I shut down and then turn it on
again, I get a notice that I have a keyboard error. When I try to us the
keyboard everything freezes and I have to reboot and restore to the previous
nights settings. What the heck is going on?

I have XP home with SP 1 installed and all nessessary updates. I also have
another computer with the cordless logitech mouse & keyboard that works
awesome!

thanks in advance!

I have this keyboard (plus the wireless mouse) and it works great.
First, make sure that your keyboard is in synch with the receiver. Did
you push the button on the receiver and then the set button below the
keyboard? Also, make sure that the receiver is close enough that it
gets a good signal. Sometimes other wireless devices can interfere
with the signal (like cordless phones, etc.)
