Copyrite? Or not?

Hi there

I have a question. Say for examply I design a "Order Entry" type database

Would I be aloud to redistribute the database? and charge? or would that be
again copyrite laws and stuff?

It's perfectly legal. You can't distribute Access with it (except the Access
runtime,
available separately) but your .mdb file is yours to do with what you like.

It is software* that will execute Access databases, but not allow design
changes or creation of them. It's available for Access 2007 as a free
download from Microsoft's web site, and earlier versions were available in
different (not free) form. However, the Access 2007 runtime will execute
Access databases of several earlier versions (as I don't use it that way, I
can't say how far back that goes... but maybe as far as Access 2000).

* to be specific, it is Access itself, with internal options
set to disable "design view"
