copying worksheet problems

Can anyone one tell me how to copy a worksheet from one
file to another without the copied worksheet cell
references pointing back to the original file

thanks in advance to anybody who helps

Hi Mark

You can make text from your formulas before you copy your worksheet.

You can use this

Use Edit>Replace
Replace "=" with " =" which converts formulas to text.

Copy the worksheet
Use Edit/Replace then to replace " =" with "=" To make them formulas again
