copying users

I am doing an upgrade of the hardware on my network.
We will have to reinstall windows 2000 server on our computers.

Is there any tool that allows me backup users and password info so
I can recover it on my new system?

The tool "ADDUSERS.EXE" from the Resource Kit
might be able to do it.
