Copying Page Set up parameters

I have several worksheets with a common shape & size but it has been created
already by someone who didn't set the page set up details before copying the
worksheet .
Can these set up details be copied from 1 worksheet to many others easily or
do you need to go into each sheet and set up manually.

Lots of print settings can be set if you group the worksheets first.

Select the first worksheet tab. Then ctrl-click on subsequent worksheet tabs.

Then do your page setup stuff.

This may change more than you want, so test the results.

And after you're done, ungroup the worksheets.

Rightclick on one of the selected worksheet tabs and select "ungroup sheets".

Otherwise, you could be making changes to each of the grouped worksheets for
things you don't want!

This was partly of some help since as you said some of the parameters did
work.

The biggest one which didn't was the page set up area itself since this too
had not been previously set out and when I tried to select this using your
"grouped" suggestion it was "greyed out" and could only be set individually.
Any ideas on this one?

I would bet that the reason this option is disabled is because each worksheet is
(usually) different in print range size.

But if you needed a common size, you could record a macro when you do the first
and run it against each worksheet in the workbook.
