Copying my QAT to another computer in Word 2007

Bob Buckland wrote that "[t]he Quick Access toolbar for Word is in XML,
stored in a file named Word.QAT. You can copy it and place it on another
computer." But I can't find it and I really need to copy my QAT to my
co-workers' computers. Please can you tell me where it is EXACTLY. And
