copying music from ipod

heya people !

i have a problem with my ipod atm ...

I backed up all my computers music to my ipod's hardrive and as a test i plugged my ipod into my sisters computer... went to my computer and there it was 'George's Ipod' so clicked on it ... everything there all my music and could play it through her itunes ... then on itunes i went to import ... imported an album and was working fine then i took out the ipod ... went to play my album and it couldnt ??? i think it was because it needed my ipod to play em.

so my question is how do you properly copy it from ipod to itunes without needing your ipod to be connected when you want to play a song ??

on my computer it works fine. I just need a way to properly copy my songs across ...

in my computer go into your Ipod and select a file then copy and paste to a folder on the hard drive and see if that works
