Copying Messages from Windows Mail to Outlook Express

How do i import messsages in Windows mail into Outlook Express running on
another computer?

no. windows vista have windows mail.
outlook express no working in windows vista.
windows vista and outlook express same program but windows vista is new
program and outlook express is old.
the old program no accepted the new program. now, the new accepted the old
program.
you don't import messages

Tools | Options | Advanced | Maintenance | Store Folder
Once having found that copy the EML files to an empty folder on the other
computer and drag them into OE. Once in OE they will regain a meaningful
subject.

I have sucessfully transfered my contacts from windows mail to outlook but
cannot find a way to transfer all of my messages, i have read some of your
posts but they are way over my head, what is EML files ?
