copying mail from Outlook

Is there a way (besides Emailing them to myself) to copy all my existing
outlook Emails from my XP machine to Windows Mail on Vista?

Sure. Import all your Outlook messages and addresses into Outlook Express
on your XP machine, then use the following instructions to move the Outlook
Express .DBX and .WAB files to your Vista machine and import them into
Windows Mail:
