copying mail from Outlk Exp to Outlk 2002

Got new computer with Outlook 2002. Have lots of
messages (.dbx files) on old computer in Outlook
Express. How do I transfer or move mail Express to
Outlook?
 
Move mail from old pc to new, connect these to OE on new pc. Then export
from OE to OL
