Copying formatting and formula...

I've gotta problem with a spreadsheet where I need to copy the
formatting and the value from another worksheet...

The cell in the other worksheet has conditional formatting on it so
will change colour depending on the value and this needs to be
reflected on the other.

Does anyone know how I could do this?
 
that wont work because it wont update as the values change on the othe
sheet....I need the conditional formatting to be the same as on th
other sheet but your not allowed to use cells on another worksheet t
