copying files

I have xp and 98 (dual boot) how do i copy files and
programs from xp to 98 and vice versa. thanks.
How do i also do the same on two diff. hard drives on the
same system
 
Data files should not be a problem, just copy and paste between the two
disks. The programs would best be transferred simply by uninstall and then
reinstall
 
As a general rule you can't copy programs, they have to be installed. To
learn how to copy data, click Start, Help and Support and type copy.
