Copying Cells

When I drag and drop text cells, the value of the numbers
in the cell increase by one. Nothing I do has stopped it.

Hi

not sure what you're really asking here - if you mean FILL cells, ie drag
the little + at the bottom right of the cell, then to change its behaviour
hold down the CTRL key while you drag down and let the mouse go first - this
will result in a copy of the data.

Try right-clicking when you drag the fill handle and choose Copy from
the popup menu.
