To be a little more exact:
You need to ask yourself a question: Do you want to copy just the data
off the CD (probably not what you want) or do you want an EXACT copy of
your CD that will function exactly the same as your current one (i.e.
you put the CD in and it has an Autorun function, etc)?
I believe you want an exact copy. In order to make an exact copy you
will need software that can make .ISO files. Do a google search for
.iso files and you can learn all about them and the software to do
them. Be aware that there is free software that will do this before
you buy. The same software should offer you an option to burn the .iso
to disc.
