G Gspears Oct 6, 2003 #1 How would I copy a toolbar or a picture of the formatting toolbar into a word document?
H Herb Tyson [MVP] Oct 6, 2003 #3 What I would do... 1. Press Alt+PrintScreen. This copies the current window to the clipboard (PrintScreen itself copies the entire screen). 2. Open MS PhotoEditor (comes with versions of Office prior to 2003), and choose Edit - Paste as new image. 3. Use PhotoEditor's Crop tool to crop to just the toolbar I want. 4. Select the toolbar image and copy it to the clipboard (or save it to a file) 5. Paste it into Word (or use Insert - Picture, if saved to a file).
