Copying a group of fields from a query

Through a query ive got a list of customers information and wondered if there
was anyway to copy all the data in one field from a lot of records ie email
addresses so this could then be eaasily pasted into an email on outlook. Is
there any easy way to do this?
 
Click on the top of the field (highlights the column) and then CNTRL-C to copy.
