Copying a calendar

I need to copy a calendar, completely, to a new calendar. I've tried copying
it using the right-click, but I get a new calendar and none of the
appointments! :(
 
You need to copy the items by changing the view to a table type i.e.
Categories and then highlighting one item then Ctrl A to select All,
copy/move this to the other folder.
