Copy Workbook

I am using Excel 2000 and I have been sent a workbook with a lot of pages.
The cells in the workbook are linked to cells on other pages within the work
book and
when I alter the contents of a cell it alters other cells without my
knowing.
I do not need the links or functions they contain only the contents of the
cells.

Can I copy the entire workbook to another and copy contents only not
functions, links or formulae, or can I turn off all of these in the
workbook.

Thanks for the advice but the problem is there are over a hundred
worksheets in the workbook, how do I select them to copy all at once?
