copy word doc. into Outlook message (not as attachement)

I am trying to place a word document onto my e-mail
message (as the e-mail rather than as an attachment) but
the photos and text boxes get jumbled and unreadable even
if I save the word doc as HTM. Any ideas???
 
which version of word and outlook are you using? Did you try clicking the
email button on the word toolbar? (or file, send to mail recipient.)
