Copy To CD is Back after" missing in Action"

FYI just thought I would share this, After trying all the very helpful
suggestions I received, i was just about to give up,, then,,,, ; on 12 27 04
I down loaded recent updates from sony for ck to dvd, and recovery wizard and
some sp-2 updates, I Restart the Vaio using “Restart†after installing these.
I then check My Pictures to see if “copy to CD†was there, it was not. I then
shut down my system over night. Started next morning, inserted a CD-R to
backup these sony files to disk, and guess what? All Copy to CD functions
were restored?? I had “CD writing Tasks†and “Write these Files to CDâ€,
opened My Pictures, and have “Copy all items to CD†was there.. is this magic
or what, these functions have been missing for over a month.!!!

Thanks for letting us know.
We try to help but sometimes we don't get there. There are so many
variations on new computers.
You must have been a good boy on Christmas day!
