copy time from one page to another

I'm trying to setup a work schedule for my employees using time -Custom H:mm
am/pm
I'm having a problem copying the schedule over to a second page.
when the employee is off on one particular day - I leave the cell blank when
it copies over it shows 12:00, I tried if then statement and that didn't
work.
can you help please...

Instead of: =Sheet1!B3
try it like this: =IF(Sheet1!B3="","",Sheet1!B3)

how can I copy the formula for hours worked.
I just need to copy the result of the formula to another worksheet without
showing value or 12:00 ex...

8:15 AM
12:00 PM
12:30 PM
4:45 PM
8.00 I need to copy just 8.00
