copy the picture from the webpage and can't paste it to my word

I used to right click and copy the picture or phrase from the web page, then
just paste it on my document .
now I have to save it to my picture the insert it to the document. why I
lose funstion? How can I correct it?

The SP2 upgrade and security functions changed more than a few options.
