copy text file

Hi

Does anyone know a best way to copy a text file from a x86 with CF Windows
CE to a server?

ActiveSync?
TCP/IP?

I have to copy this file on each 2 minutes

Depends on your topology. ActiveSync, an Ethernet socket, FTP, Telnet, HTTP
Post, Web Service, there are plenty of options....
