copy sam files to migrate from nt4 to win2k

I heard about an article on microsoft web site wich
explains how to do a migration from windows NT4 to dow
Windows 2000 server domain by just copying some sam files
and changing a regedit rey. I searched the microsoft e
google´s, but I didn´t found a thing?
Does anyone knows where do I get it?
