Copy Restore CD's

Is there any way to make a backup copy of my two emachines restore cd's? This
way if something would happen to them I would always have a second set. I
really don't want to call their tech support.

Just use a CD copying program.. Most 3rd party software packages such
as Nerio and Roxio have them. There is no way to do so with XP's built
int tools.

Sure. Although the built-in CD-burning program in XP doesn't have this
capability, almost any third-party CD-burning program lets you copy CDs.
