Copy Personal Folder List

As I plan to migrate my outlook to another PC and I created many PST files
that showed in the Personal folder list. I can copy all PST files to new PC.
but Can I also duplicate Personal folder list along ?, so that I do not to
add PST file one by one on new PC.

Nope, but you might consider combining pst-files before moving them. How
many are we talking about? Outlook 2003 formatted pst-files can by default
grow a large as 20GB. For previous versions this is 2GB.
