Copy & Paste to Clipboard

Is there an easy way to copy from a textbox to the
clipboard so that the data can be used in aother
applications. Also how to paste from the clipboard into
a textbox.

Thanks Van. I do know these shortcuts. I didn't make it
clear, but I want to do this in code.
