How do I retrieve from the clipboard when it seems to be frozen?

Retrieve data from clipboard

I put a large amount of typing on the clipboard but when I came to paste it
back into my document it would not paste and the non-clipboard paste icon is
greyed out. I've deleted (and pasted) everything else on the clipboard but
this important 2 pages of typing won't paste (I haven't deleted it yet!).

What now?? Many thanks

It is not clear that your question deals with Microsoft Access database
software, the subject of this newsgroup. If it does not, then you should go
back to the online user interface and scroll until you find a newsgroup that
clearly deals with the software you are using.
