copy/paste function not working in IE

For some reason, the copy/paste function doesn't work in
IE, but does everywhere else. Anyone know what may be
causing it, and even better, how to fix it? I've tried
right clicking, using Ctrl shortcuts and using the edit
menu but nothing works. Any held would be greatly
appreciated!

Internet Explorer Setting
Menu: Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level
Check this setting: "Drag and Drop or copy and paste files".
