COPY/PASTE FROM WEB

I used to be able to "print screen" from any web page and then go into Word
and paste it. Now all I get is the graphic box with nothing in it. Could
someone tell me what I have done to make this happen??
 
Tools | Options | View and clear the box for "Picture placeholders."
