copy & paste from excel to frontpage

I have a table in a frontpage document .
Each week I´m going to receive new lines to add to this table.
In this cases I use to ask muy users to send me a excel file with the
lines so I only have to copy & paste into the table .
But this new table has some cells with more than one text line . And I
don´t know how to insert more than one line in a excel cell.
Could someone help me do this, or find and alternative and better way
to do it ?

Sounds like a job for a database bnack-end. Just update the database, and
the page is updated automatically.
