Copy of "SelfCert.exe"

Anyone have a copy of SelfCert.exe. I need it to make myself an internal
"certificate".

I have Office 10, and don't have a copy of "selfcert.exe" on my disks.
Do you know of anywhere else I can find a copy of it?

The Microsoft Document you specify is for someone running Office 2000. I am
running "Office Small Business 2003", and there is no copy of SelfCert.Exe
on my disks.
Any idea where else I could look?
