Does anybody out there know the best utility software out there that will
allow you to copy a NTFS partition from an old hard drive to a new hard
drive. I have a utility that will copy a FAT16 and FAT32 partition but
don't currently have anything to deal with a NTFS. Thanks

You can use any utility that can copy sector by sector.

For example:
Ranish Partition Manager http://www.ranish.com (freeware)
BootIt http://www.terabyteunlimited.com (very good, full trial)

What I use is BootIT NG, from http://www.BootitNG.com ($35 shareware -
30 day full functional trial)
