Copy local account to domain account?

Hello!

I have several XP Pro users who are set up in a workgroup. They are getting
a new Windows 2000 server and I want to ease the transition by copying their
local account profiles (Desktop, Favorites, Outlook Express and Outlook
email accounts, etc) to the new domain profile. Is it possible to copy a
user's local profile for use by the new domain user account? I vaguely
remember something like this being available in NT4.
