Is it possible to copy an existing import specification from one database to
another?

If you click the 'Options' button in the 'Import Objects' dialog box, you'll
see an option to import import/export specs. I'm not aware of any built-in
method to import them on their own, without importing one or more other
objects, but you can just import any object from the source file and then
delete the unwanted object afterwards.

Open the second DataBase and select Import, select the first MDB,
In the Import dialog box, press the "Option" button
There will be an extra bit open in the buttom of this form, one of the
option for the import is Import/Export Specs, select it and continue the
import
