Copy Headers and Footers between wookbooks

I have several workbooks with headers and footers that I would like to be
able to copy and paste the entire headers and footers with all formating to
new workbooks or worksheets.
Can this be done easily?

Perhaps the easiest way is to take a copy of your existing book, remov
the data and then use this as a template for new workbooks
